Swage block, or Dies
I was told an easy was to shape arrow heads the way id like to with minimal work would be making a two piece die, could anyone help me figure out how i could make one??

Yeah, making dies is kind of brutal. Milling (or EDM as the link says) is probably the easiest way. You can forge, then chisel/carve/grind your shapes in, but that's going to be a long tough route.

That would definitely work, but have fun making the dies. It's definitely possible, but not an easy task for a really refined shape like the arrowheads you were discussing earlier IMHO.
